Novella Rossettini is an Italian designer and creative consultant whose work moves between fashion, craftsmanship and personal styling.

Born and raised in Venice, she developed an early and instinctive sensitivity for textiles, aesthetics and the culture of beauty. Her formative years were deeply influenced by the historic Tessitura Bevilacqua — the Venetian silk mill founded in 1875 — whose extraordinary fabrics have been used in prestigious institutions such as the Quirinale Palace and Teatro La Fenice, as well as by international fashion houses including Dolce & Gabbana, Gucci, Prada, Miu Miu and Valentino.

After graduating in Law from the University of Bologna, Rossettini chose to transform her passion for fashion into a professional path. She completed a two-year Master’s program in Fashion Product Management at the University of Bologna, where she studied fashion history, marketing and communication strategies for the luxury sector.

Her early professional experiences include working within the style office of Les Copains in Bologna and collaborating with the boutiques of La Perla and Grigio Perla in Milan, Venice and Florence, gaining first-hand insight into the dynamics of luxury retail and the relationship between product, identity and clientele.

In 2013 she founded Miss Paloma, an independent project dedicated to the creation of refined handcrafted bags produced in small collections and conceived for a cultured and sophisticated female audience.

In 2014 the late Franca Sozzani selected Miss Paloma among the emerging designers featured in Vogue Italia on the occasion of the magazine’s 50th anniversary.

In 2019 Rossettini was invited by MIPEL and the Japanese department store Hinka Rinka to present her work within the project Scenario International, under the patronage of the Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana.

Today she collaborates with Italian boutiques and manufacturing companies offering creative consultancy, product development and private label support, with a particular focus on women’s accessories.

Alongside her design activity, she also works as a personal stylist and image consultant, guiding women in developing a more conscious and refined relationship with fashion.

Her work is defined by a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, a cultural approach to style and a constant dialogue between heritage and contemporary design
